Privacy policy

Effective 1 October 2026. This policy covers the Android game Arrow Escape, published by EvkLabs (package com.evklabs.arrowescape).

What the game does without an account

Campaign puzzles, hints, lives, and local progress are stored on your device. You can play the campaign offline. The game does not ask you to create a username or password.

Data we process when the device is online

Ads and consent

In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google’s consent form is shown before ad requests. You can reopen ad privacy choices from Me → Privacy Preferences. Outside those regions, that button opens this policy.

Remove Ads stops interstitials and banners. Rewarded ads remain optional.

Children

Arrow Escape is a general-audience puzzle. It is not directed at children under 13, and it is not part of Google Play’s Designed for Families program.

Retention and deletion

Local progress stays on the device until you clear the app’s storage. To delete the anonymous cloud profile tied to this install, email the contact above from the same request and include the approximate date you played. Uninstalling the app removes the local save.

Processors

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config), Google AdMob, and Google Play Billing process data under their own terms. Remote Config values can change economy numbers such as hint cost. They do not change puzzle solutions.
